Time is crucial when it comes to construction sites. This architectural firm were tasked by a client with exploring ways of cutting down development time and heavily reducing costs on large-scale builds. They settled on a design where windows would become crucial in supporting the structure of the building. This saved materials, and construction time, which ultimately reduced the costs. In addition, this design was built offsite which minimalised the onsite build costs.

This architectural firm were challenged to design a visitor centre in a UNESCO world heritage site. The location was unique, meaning there was no readily available information on how to approach the build and support structure of the centre. They designed a process which was sympathetic with existing grade 1 structures. Importantly, the design was sustainable and consequently did not impact the UNESCO site.
